Compressed Air Requirements:1 lb/hr of water requires .034 compressor horsepower generating 0.15 cfm @ 80 psi to the Control Panel. Water Requirements:20 psi min. to 100 psi max. water pressure to the cabinet & 5 micron filtration; 3-5 psi water to atomizers.
• 1/3 Less Air pressurizing water to 3-5 psi lowers air consumption by 1/3.
• Self Cleaning Atomizers are designed with a cleaning pin preventing mineral crustation & buildup.
EasyMist Key Features:
• Low Pressure Utilitiesfrom the control panel to the atomizers consumes 35 psi air and 3-5 psi water.
EasyMist Operation: Atomizers automatically humidify large areas with microprocessor sensor controls, sending a “call for humidity” which open and close the water and air solenoids, housed within the “All in One” Control Box, controlling the flow of 35 psi air and 3-5 psi water to atomizers. Compressed air shears the water into very small 5-15 micron sized particles – quickly evaporating.
